Warm Greetings! I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bangalore, from April 15 to April 18, 2025, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and an efficient check-in process. My sincere thanks to Aaryan and Divya at the front desk for their professionalism, courtesy, and ever-present willingness to assist with a smile. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, offering a calm and comfortable environment throughout my stay. I would also like to commend Ganesh from housekeeping for his meticulous attention to detail and polite service. The culinary offerings were equally impressive—both in quality and quantity—adding greatly to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay. I was especially touched by the hotel’s thoughtful gesture in honoring my foreign guest. Special thanks to Divya and Aaditya for their outstanding coordination and considerate service, which truly elevated the experience. In summary, the Hilton Garden Inn, Bangalore exceeded my expectations on all fronts. 1.Reception staff , Mevin Lettcher ( guest relations executive) & Pasang were courteous , pleasant, helpful-approachable always 2.Check-in process: fast; no hassles 3.Location-Convenience and ease of staying near the conference venue- “Hilton Convention Centre” 4.Restaurants surround the hotel from fine dining to…1km by walk will find you your closest McDonalds or just across from the hotel , Dominoes 5. Breakfast spread though not typical for the Hilton group of hotels,the trainee chefs , Janpreet and the Anushree ( not sure of her name but she was in charge of the live French toast /waffles station, on two out of the four days that we were there for) forthcoming in giving us options , to taste some healthy petit fours or by whipping up delicious French toast 6.Bathroom and bedroom quite spacious to place luggage 7.Bedroom booked was for 2 individuals , with queen sized bed & a sofa bed - very comfortable 8. 24x7 hot water 9.Stayed in room 2312 - the view , non smoking and noise free

I recently had an exceptional experience at the hotel, largely thanks to Nitesh's outstanding service. Not only did he promptly address any concerns I had, but he also provided effective solutions that exceeded my expectations. Nitesh's professionalism and dedication made my stay incredibly enjoyable. Additionally, I must mention that the hotel itself was fantastic, with comfortable accommodations and a delightful atmosphere. The food was also a highlight – incredibly yummy and made with fresh ingredients. Overall, my experience was superb, thanks in large part to Nitesh's exemplary service and the hotel's overall excellence. Highly recommended!

The property is very new and modern. Airport is only 1 hour away, which is a plus for Bengaluru. Manyanta Tech Park is a great place to take a stroll and has eat out options like McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts and Chaayos nearby. I liked the cleanliness of the property and the quick room service. The room was spacious enough for 3 people (we put one extra bed and were not charged extra for it). The TV at the room including the channel options was good as well. Other things we liked was the swimming pool and the breakfast and dinner buffer (albeit the options in the buffet were limited). Overall, a good place for a comfortable stay at a decent location in Bengaluru.

The property is in it’s own business park with other buildings similar, own little slice of paradise. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were amazing, Mevin is very welcoming and good at his job.
